In order to confirm the company's strategy, wepredicted and analyzed the development in the future. On this basis , we confirm thecompany's aim and strategic objective and confirmed a point of strategy adopted torealize the total strategic objective applying the matrix of IEFE , SWOT and levelanalytic approach. finally, explained the concrete implementation method of thecompany's strategy according to the function and characteristic .
