To civil aviation, the service safety, just order is initial target that it pursue. How to lower the service delay particularly malignant delay, how to economize to maintain the cost and how to raise the efficiency is the focus that airline concern. Although there is lots of factor to influence service safety and just order, the airplane mechanical trouble is one of the most important factors to affect the normal service. The main reason for malignant delay of service is that there is no maintains station or there is no aero material and no waiter. According to a great deal of history data we get that how to establish maintains station is a key to resolves the service delay problem.This thesis come from the cooperation item of the airline of SNA, "prevention service malignant delay- the establishment of airplane maintains station and the strategy research".The author participated in it to do a great deal of investigation and the research work.The topic mainly research the problem how to establish maintains station except for base station, which caused by the mechanical trouble resulting in the service delay. Aim at the random and indeterminations that the breakdown of the airplane machine, making use of the theories and methods of the random service system, regarding the airplane's breaking down as the customer's arrival in procession system, regarding the system responding time and the processing time of the trouble as the customer's service time, building up the mathematics model of the service system. Aiming at details of maintains base of the airline of SNA, we apply the method of lining up the system emulation to carry on emulation calculation of the main functional index sign of the system. The result indicate that basing at full consider to maximize the efficiency of service and minimize the cost, the model can provide support for the decision maker about how to decide the best establishment of the outside aero maintain station. It can also control the probability of more than 4 hours malignant delay caused by mechanical fault under a certain level.
