Research On Operation And Maintenance Service System Construction For Z Corporation Human Resources Management System

Z Corporation formally launched its human resources management system in early2011, and set up a technical support center, which is specially responsible for its operation and maintenance system. After two years of exploration, the operation and maintenance organization structure and management system are initially established.In this paper, IT service management theories are reviewed. With Z Corporation human resources management system as the study object, this paper introduces ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework based on modern IT service management methods. Through a wide investigation and study of the IT service management status and existing problems of Z Corporation human resources management system, this paper proposes an improved workflow design for the9central operation and maintenance managements, including incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, release management, service level management, capacity and availability management, information security management and service continuity management. It pertinently puts forward the quantitative operation and maintenance service management concept and a specific evaluation index system. Knowledge management and other relevant contents are also approached in this paper. At last, the paper discusses the implementation of the operation and maintenance service system as well as the corresponding safeguards.Basing on the study of this paper, a relatively perfect operation and maintenance service system has been initially constructed for Z corporation human resources management system. It also has a certain reference value for the operation and maintenance enhancement of other IT management systems.
