The innovation of products of securities investment fund plays a very important role in the development of fund industry in China. The establishment of Huaan Innovation Securities Investment Fund, Sep, in 2001, raised the curtain of innovation of our country's securities investment products. After that, more funds of new style continue to come forth, which followed and promoted the development of China's fund industry. According to the pledge of China's entry into WTO, fund industry was the first one of all the finance and securities industries which promised to open to foreign capitals. Confronting with the competition from outside world and the need of self-development, the innovation of fund products should shoulder greater responsibilities, making securities investment fund play a more important role in promoting the development of the capital market of China.In the recent years, our country's fund management companies designed a lot of different-type fund in terms of the different modes. However, these modes expose some blindness even if they embody rationality to some extend. Therefore, the fund management companies can benefit little from these modes and it is hard for them to design more valuable and vigorous fund products in the harder competitive environment from the both outside and inside.
