In recent years,with the rapid development of China's financial industry and the continuous improvement of people's awareness of financial management,China's asset management industry has achieved rapid development.Public fund,as the leader of China's asset management industry,has a history of only 20 years,but it has developed rapidly in recent years as a member of the most strict and most standardized management industry.By the end of 2017,the number of public fund products in China was 4841,and the scale of management assets reached 11 trillion and 600 billion yuan.But the rapid rise in the number of public fund products brings not only the prosperity of the public market.In order to seize new funds and strengthen its competitiveness,the public fund companies have also increased the innovation of the products.Through combing the relevant literature at domestic and abroad,we can see that the fund industry in China has developed rapidly and the speed of the fund circulation is accelerated,but the share of the new fund is basically maintained at the lowest level,and the innovation of the fund product is imperative.By the end of 2017,Baoying fund company is an old public fund company established in the end of 2017.The company manages 49 billion 328 million yuan of assets and 22 products,50 of the management of public offering assets,and 62 in the number of management products.It can be seen that compared with other fund companies established at the same time,both the number of products and the management scale of Baoying fund companies show no match with their qualifications.It can be seen that the company has a certain representation on the problem of lack of product innovation in the fund company.In recent years,in response to the intensification of competition in the management industry,the increasing speed of product innovation in the public offering industry and the increasing demand for the company's own profitability,Baoying public fund companies have also carried out innovative practices in thematic public fund products,index enhanced public fund products and Shanghai and Hong Kong deep public fund products.But the products of Baoying public fund companies are equipped with mixed securities investment funds flexibly,low risk type and tool type products are not developed,the implementation of product line layout is not enough,and the reaction of product design to supervision policy and market trend is insensitive.In the course of future development,Baoying public fund company should combine the development of Internet finance to strengthen the innovation of product type.Through the practice of ESG concept and the layout of FOF to improve the product layout,increase the investment of product development and product innovation,and make use of its own advantages to open the products with core competitiveness.
