The development experience of reviewing international and domestic fruit professional cooperative is found that high efficiency and scientific organization operational mode will exert an positive influence to the organization operational efficiency, full play of organization advantage, the quantity of unit invests and output, labor productivity and fruit industrialization management. The purpose of this research is through summarizing professional cooperative mode of Sichuan fruit, design and test of new organization mode, mutual contrasts and study of various organization mode, choosing optimumly 2-3 kinds of organization mode of relatively having adaptability and value to popularize in the fruit main producing region of Sichuan, and carrying on countermeasure study of normalizing and improving the new fruit professional cooperative, to offer the feasible countermeasure and suggestion for developing the fruit industry and fruit professional cooperative in Sichuan.The research course of this paper is that utilize system economics, organize behaviouristics, management theory etc, select the fruit industry of Sichuan as studying object, adopt the demonstration analysis method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, investigate, analyse and summarize the current operation situation, characteristic, performance and adaptability of Sichuan fruit professional cooperative by way of typical investigation. Through making mutual contrast and study on existing fruit professional cooperative mode of Sichuan, while contrasting with peasant professional cooperative of developed country or regional, design several kinds of new organization modes. Through testing of the new mode and comparing and analysing with the existing mode, Choosing optimumly 2-3 kinds of organization mode of relatively having adaptability and value to popularize in the fruit main producing region of Sichuan from that. Finally, on the question of norming and improving the new fruit professional cooperative, put forward feasible policy and recommendations for relevant department of the government and fruit professional cooperative, aiming at promoting the development of Sichuan fruit industry healthily, orderly, continuously, and advantage of fruit professional cooperative giving full play.The main conclusion of testing the new mode"leading industry + research institution...
