An Study On The Social Capital Of The Technical Entrepreneurs In The Fujian Coast

Ever since the 1990s, social capital has become the popular concept and focus of scholars in economy and sociology. Social capital, as the new concept and new analytic form, has shown the social theoretical value paralleling with that of physical capital and human capital. Recently it has become the most popular exotic concept embedded in the daily life, also an important term of economy, sociology and management science. Social capital has supplied a new analytical frame for the research on social action, social relation and social structure; it also expanded the scholar's research scope. In the past, the domestic social capital research mainly focused on the sociology and economics areas, and pay attention on the functions of social capital at the macro level, for example: promote employment and people mobility, economic growth, etc; in recent years, the scholars have begun to research in the management aspect at the micro-level, mainly about the constitution enterprises'and entrepreneurs'social capital, the influence of the social capital on the enterprise competitive power and technical innovation performance, etc. Recently,technical enterprises have rapidly developed, and they are playing more and more important roles in national economy. However, the technical entrepreneurs were not taken into account of academe equally, lack of academic attentions. This dissertation attempts to combine the social capital theory with the enterprise theory, chooses the technical entrepreneurs who have been ignored in the past research as the research object, and carries on a survey about the social capital of the technical entrepreneurs in Fujian coast.This dissertation is divided into seven parts except the face.The first part systematically reviews the overseas scholars'studies on the enterprise conditions in china used the social capital theory, as well as the domestic scholars'studies on the enterprise conditions in china used the social capital theory, and proposes this article research frame in this foundation.
