As the information era and knowledge economy is coming in 21th century and the integrity of the global economy incessantly quicken its steps, the IT techniques, especially the INTERNET techniques also experience the expedite development and extensive applications. All of these results in a new revolution whose focus is on the establishment of the Cybercorp through the application of the information systems such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and etc. in the enterprise management field. It has been proved that the rationalization of process is the precondition of the success in the enterprise information system. Thus, a suit of systematic enterprise process diagnostic theory and strategy including their computer subsidiary instruments are needed urgently.Based on the analysis of performance of all kinds of existed methods for diagnosing, we applies the method of CBR(Case Based Reasoning) to complete process diagnosis. The method of CBR includes Retrieve,Reuse,Revise and Retain four steps. So, we should find the likeness case firstly. This paper mostly accomplishes the semantic matching of retrieving case.To solve this problem of above, this paper regards field ontology as the foundation of semantic understanding. Ontology is a kind of modal that is used to describe the concepts and the relations of them. Field ontology is a kind of ontology. It includes abundance knowledge and semantic relations of this field. Through applying these resources to question answer system by a certain way. It is impossible to solve the problem of semantic understand insufficiency in a way.This paper firstly introduces the correlated ontology concepts. Then introduces the ontology building process and describe the ontology with OWL language based on the process diagnosis. In the following we discuss the computing method of semantic similarity between word and word, bring forward a computing method based on ontology. By introducing the algorithms about the degree of concept similarity and relationship, we can solve the problem which is hard to calculate in the traditional knowledgeement system.Finally, the paper realizes a similar matching system faced to process diagnosis for enteriprise, which can edit or recompose the ontology, and use...
