In knowledge economy era, supply chain operations model (SCOM) undergoesthe transition from information coordination to knowledge coordination, a risingmanagement philosophy. At the same time, with rapid development of technology,semantic Web achieves automatic computer handling. On condition of thecombination of semantic Web and Web Services, it is easy for computer to understandthe function of Web Services, to realize automatic discovery,combination, executionof Web Services according to new architecture as well as to fit in with the appliedscene of supply chain which is loose coupling,heterogeneous, autonomous anddistributed. Research on supply chain knowledge coordination model based onsemantic Web Services is advantages to bring potency of knowledge resources intofull play. Furthermore, coordination ability, cooperative ability,innovation ability andthe overall competition of supply chain can be enhanced. In short, this dissertation isof important theoretical value and practical significance.Reviewing the background and views about supply chain both at home andabroad, the dissertation points out the limitations existing in current researches,proposes the thought of knowledge coordination and realizationmethod—compromising semantic Web and Web Services technology. Firstly, innermechanism of knowledge coordination is analyzed, core strategies supportingcoordination are advanced and basic theory and method are established; then, fromview of technology realization, supply chain ontology is constructed and thearchitecture of knowledge coordination system based on semantic Web services isdesigned; finally, benchmarking is introduced in knowledge coordination, andcoordination implement is discussed in this dissertation. As mentioned above,detailed work is as follows:(1) In the respect of theory and method: based on research achievementsconcerned, supply chain knowledge coordination is defined and its characteristics andmeaning are expounded. Besides, methods of measuring coordination degree are proposed, the status of knowledge coordination is classified and its steady is analyzed.Subsequently, conception model and logical process model are constructed, and innerdynamical mechanism of supply chain coordination is revealed. On the basis of abovework, this dissertation discusses inner incentive mechanism of supply chain andproposes time-based competition strategy, conflict-resolution strategy and knowledgecoordination protocol.(2) In the respect of semantic foundation: the dissertation indicates thedevelopment process for supply chain ontology, advances fast prototype andincremental development method as well as establishes five principles of ontologydevelopment; according to the top-down thought, the architecture of ontology isdesigned, and automatic extraction based on multi-information source is batted;finally, supply chain ontology based on OWL is constructed by means of Protégéandmapping strategy and consensus measurement are proposed.(3) In the respect of technology realization: OWL-S is applied to specifyontology, which describes knowledge coordination Services of supply chain. Basedon it, interaction process of semantic Web Services in knowledge coordination systemis expressed, registry models of registry center for Web Services are described andalgorithms of Web Services composition, that is, forward chaining algorithm based onmiddleware, non-backtracking backward chain algorithm and bidirectional chainalgorithm, are advanced. Subsequently, security models of Web knowledge Servicesare designed and the architecture of knowledge coordination system based onsemantic Web Services is successively constructed.(4) In the respect of knowledge coordination implements: from view of idea,regulation and technology, the dissertation proposes implement strategies of supplychain knowledge coordination and discusses implement methods based onbenchmarking. In the end, technology implement is studied from collaborative biding,collaborative design as well as project coordination management in the appliedbackground of cement plant.
