The Developing Stratege About Agriculture Industrialization Of Guangxi ST Company

Agriculture industrialization, firstly was put forward by Shandong province at the beginning of 1990s,is a special concept initiated by China. Chinese government declare that the direction of Chinese agriculture is to carry out agriculture industrializaion.it is different with agriculture integration in foreing country.Although there are a lot of argument on the concept of agriculture industrialization, basic theory and principles are similar, namely agriculture in guided by the market, focus on enhancing economic benefit, make agriculture and country to be self-developed,self-accumulated,self-controlled and self-adjusted through bettering all kinds of production factors.In order to implement agriculture industrialization, the most important thing is to implement industrializative management,so relevant enterprises have to establish an organization pattern for it. The principles of establishing organization pattern are as follows:guided by domestic and foreign market, focus on enhancing economic benefit,take full use of the resource advantahges,build up a benefit community to combine the pre-produce, on-produce and after-produce of agriculture according to rules of sharing benefit together and bearing risks together.This thesis found out difference and relation of foreign agriculture integration and our agriculture industrialization. AS a minitype enterprise, Guangxi Science and Technology Limited Company must find out a development strategy in order to achieve development of agriculture industrialization. The author studied Guangxi ST limited Company through SWOT analysis, which on the one hand can provide some effective strategy and ways for ST Company to achieve development of agriculture industrializaition,on the other hand can provide some reference to other feedingstuff enterprises which are similar to ST Company. During the study of development strategy of agriculture industrializaton of ST Company, I had to take full use of relevant knowledge of strategy management , management and financial management,which gave me a good opportunity to combine theory with practice.
