Firstly the industrialization ofagriculture information technology integration development to promote the Jiangsu Province tookthe lead in the modernization of agriculture as the center, Firstly the connotation, denotation, andthe mechanism of action of industrialization, informatization, agricultural modernization, aredefined according to the research on the relevant literature. Then, we introduce theexperience of integration development of agricultural industrialization and informatization, takingAmerican and Japan, Henan, Shandong for examples, and summarize the main features of the onein China. We also select the relevant data of the agricultural development in Jiangsu Province andmade a quantitative analysis with use of Cointegration theory in econometrics, to verify the theoretical conclusions of integration to promote modernization of agriculture. In the end, weproposed the significances and principles, meanings of integration development of agriculturalindustrialization and informatization in Jiangsu to achieve modernization of agriculture the first andput forward the implement path from the multiple perspectives of the government, leadingenterprises, and farmers, which can provide practical guidance to the modernization of agricultural.
