The world economic integration and Chinese economic taking off makes wide developing future and marketing opportunies for the subsistence and development of Chinese lo-gistic.But the opportunies are borned with the changes ,the competitions between the ligi-stical corporations are getting more and more intensive because of the logistical enterprises increase sharply in china and foreign logistical compay is coming after china entry into WTO.Guangxi K logistical company as one number of the logistic- al corporations is fac-facing with the threats of the foreign logistical corporations after ch- ina entry into WTO and the developing opportunies of the ASEAN are seted and dwi- ndling market share and deceasing profit margin in Guangxi K logistical company. At such an intensive environ-environment,It's no doubt that the marketing strategy.one of the most important aspects of an enterprise's overall strategy will play a key role to achieve sus- tainable competency.In order to resolve the actual problem existed now through analysis the development actual situations of the logistic and trends and mix the characteric of Guangxi logistics, the author fast identified the opportunies and threats that the company faced as well as the strengths and weaknesses,compared with competitors and then set up the marketing strategy adapted to the company and eventually build some comprehensive marketing mixes and and insurance measures accordingly.
