CRM implementation is the requirement of enterprise management idea and pattern to be updated. It is a most action to improve an enterprise leading competition. It is the trend of electron and the quick change of communication technology. Modern customers have changed much about their consumed concept. When attention to quality, brand, price, etc., they pay more on such additional value as satisfy with their own taste. In allusion to such trend, the retail corporation should collect customers' information in time. By analyzing, settling and digging such message, the enterprise offer customers individual and humanistic Customer Relation Management to satisfy customers' mental demand, and then get customers' faithfulness finally.The article indicated the shortages when HF actualizing CRM by analyzing the status quo. The article, which integrated HF actual circs, put forward a set of solvent project from sides of demand analysis, function plan and key technology, etc, . The project could effect on the CRM in HF Corporation. It supplied perfect integration for each field concerning customers. Customer as the center , the project harmonized and unified the alternative activities between the corporation and customer. By this, it enhanced customers' satisfaction and faithfulness, and more, increased the corporation competition. It made a useful exploration of CRM application to HF.
