There is a new star rising up during the overall degenerating stage of health care industry. The shining star of the line is Joymain Company. The marketing environment and customer demand having changed, consumer's consuming behavior tends to personalization and differentiation. On that condition the traditional transaction marketing has malfunctioned. The health care industry, the main competitors, the external and internal marketing environment is analyzed firstly . Then the problems of the Joymain Company in the customer relation marketing are pointed out .In order to resolve these problems, taking the aim and framework of customer relationship marketing (CRM for short) as basic, the steps of the CRM strategy of the Joymain Company are mainly discussed .Some advice on improving the level of CRM is given finally.CRM has helped Joymain Company build the good faith of customer that is very important to the line of Health care articles. CRM has also helped Joymain Company keep in a long and close touch with satisfied customers which brings lifelong value to company.The spirit of CRM is to accord with Chinese tradition spirit and culture because of the humanity concerning the camp pin , so it ought to have a very big development in the future in China .To impel CRM applying in more companies in the field of health care is the purpose of the paper .
