Since the reform and open policy, our country economic development has obtained the huge achievement. However, there have many region of which local economical development and people's income level exist very big disparity. The imbalance of region development has already become the inherent contradictions and the significant hidden danger of our country in the economy and social development. In order to guarantee the healthy and stable development of nat i on, promoting the coord i nated development of reg i on and construct i ng the harmonious society become our country government significant strategic plans facing the 21st century. The subject of regional economy development attracted multitudinous scholars to conduct the research. Synthesizing the research's results of various literatures, the determining factors of the imbalance of region development of our country include: the physical and geography cond i t i on, the policy factor, the structure factor as well as the capital accumulation factor and so on. This research is to study the subject of coordinated development of region of our country by taking the accumulation of human capital as the angle of view. In western developed country, the theory of human capital has already been applied widespread in analysis of economical growth and income assignment. , of which enlightenment does it give to economical development of our country, especially to the economical development of behindhand region?
