| The high speed globalization of economy, science and technology, makes technology innovation become the power and headspring for enterprise to enhance its competitiveness and to develop rapidly. For enterprise can't take up all the intelligent resources it needs, making technology innovation and mutual development in virtue of the research potency of university and research institute becomes an important approaches for enterprise to realize its strategic target. While according to its specific advantage-sharing same risk and benefit, alliance turns into a preferred approach for enterprise to cooperate with university and research institute. However, it is a short time after China truly entered into the phase of industry-university-research institute alliance; enterprises, universities and research institutes lack academic and tactic support on understanding and selecting of alliance mode, and they have less successful experience to use for reference.
