The enterprise is an important component of society, and it is also an important force of economical development. Thus management not only influences directly the social economical development, but also has an effect on the enterprise staff s state of mind simultaneously, furthermore, on a stable and peaceful state of the society.In the 21st century, the idea of "human-oriented" goes deep in the hearts of most people, so does the spirit of business management. The business management should be concerned more about human as well as ethical development. Moreover, a great many enterprises emerge nowadays, which enables its influence on the whole society in all aspects. At present, however, there is a lot of news of scandals related to the business management that has bad influence to the society. According to this phenomenon, this article begins with the enterprise's conception, and discusses the change of enterprise nature that forces the management ethical trend and its certain performance. This thesis goes back to the history of business management in our country and inspects the present situation of ethics in our country' s business management. On the basis of these aspects, the existing problems as well as the progress that Chinese enterprises have made are pointed out in the thesis. Under the circumstance of China' s entry into the WTO, the thesis analyzes certain ways of constructing enterprise management ethics by learning experience from the developed countries and urging the enterprises to take corresponding social responsibility on their own initiative, so as to enhance the business management level and form a "Chinese style" business management.
