Home improvement supermarket have faced a very different market environment from those of overseas. Under the domestic existing market environment, market relocation is needed for Home improvement retailers. It's very important to recognize the superiority and inferiority in the field, distinguish the threat and opportunity for them. The m(?)in competitor of home improvement retailers in China is the building materials market stalls. The uniform purchase and management, everyday low price, one place buy together add up to the principal business pattern.The development of society, with the booming economic of China creates huge space for home improvement retailers. The revolution of information technology promoted the rapid development of chain-like retailers. Withoversea retail giants entering China, the severe competition between retailers in promotion especially in price is carried out. The main body of market stalls is business agents. Through providing logistic and service support, the business agents is growing stronger and stronger as home improvement retailers develop, and become an essential member in supply chain. Setting up a competition-cooperation relationship, integrating the supply chain to solve the logistic and service support problems, building up the retail brand to become a market oriented organization, are important strategic questions that home improvement retailers must take into consideration.
