The modern enterprise competition more and more manifests the competition of the enterprise's value chain. Only by optimizing the value chain, controlling the key process, and allowing the entire value chain to move harmoniously, the competition superiority of the enterprise can be strengthened. The thesis selects the Hebi Chain Co. Ltd., a typical representative in the mining machinery profession, as the research object for the first time. The aim of the study is optimizing the tradition production process and the management mode by the scientific technology and management, improving the competition ability and the competition superiority of the enterprise, and realizing the continue development of the enterprise.This thesis analyses the basic activities and the support activities of the company's value chain by using the value chain tool, using the theory of the new establishment of the work flow, and considering the actual production and management condition in the Hebi Chain Co. Ltd.. The analysis content includes the basic activities, such as the rear service for feeding, the production work, the rear service for delivering goods, the market sells and the post-sale service, as well as the support activities, such as the infrastructure, the human resources, the raw material purchase, the new product research and the safety management. The analysis indicates that in this company three aspects, including the production work, the market sells and the safety management, are scientific and advanced, but some aspects, such as the rear service for feeding, the infrastructure, the new product research and so on, are weaker. This article proposed the measures based on the problems of the value chain activity in the company. Specially, since the safety management is very important in the mining machinery profession, this article supplements it into the tradition value chain analysis tool as a support activity, which is an important theory innovation in this article.Based on the analysis method of the value chain, this article proposes a management innovation mode which suited the actual situation of the Hebi Chain Co. Ltd. . This mode includes the new establishment of the work flow based on the value chain improvement and innovation, the integration of the value chain and the formation of the strategic competition superiority based on the value chain improvement and the innovation. Finally, this article proposes the corresponding management innovation measure, which strengthens the value chain activity that increases the value, reduces and controls the value chain activity that does mot increases the value. By these measures, the new economical growth spots are created, the production and the management cost is reduced, and the enterprise's competition superiority and the economic benifit are promoted.
