A deep research is made in the thesis to wire rod manufacturing quality control and innovation of iron and steel enterprises. First, the thesis carries on a research to the manufacturing quality blemish, the request of quality examination, the producing characters of each kind of wire rod and the effects on quality control. Second, with analyzing the craft process and the technique characters of wire rod manufacturing, the key problems and reasons are found out in the progress of the quality control. Third, taking Yu Zun Wire Rod Mill of Qingdao Iron and Steel Group Holding Cor. Ltd. for the research object, the model of wire rod manufacturing quality control and innovation based on the theory of the " Five Day " Whole Charge Management, is set up and the concrete implement measures are put forward.
