| In recent years, the establishment of informatization in ShanghaiCorporation of CMCC carried out in full swing, but we mainly relied on thethird parties to develop and implement the project management. Due to thelack of theories and experience in project management and the problemsgenerally existing in project organization forms, team building, progress andquality control in the independently-developed IT projects, numerousdifficulties and challenges emerged in the promotion and implementation ofsuch projects, which seriously affected the effective promotion of corporationmanagement level.Aiming at the problem urgently to be solved, the following researchwork carried out with the development and construction project of theinnovation management system as the research vector:1. Through the analysis and conclusion of company’s IT projects, wefound the key factors to ensure the successful implementation of the projects:the reasonable choice of organizational structureã€scientific team buildingã€efficient time management and the quality management of the entire progress.2. In the practice of the company’s innovation management project, weused the balanced matrix organizational structure in the project andstrengthened the team building management, which promoted the smoothoperation of the entire project effectively.3. Measures such as accurate compilation of WBSã€the precise definitionand sorting of project activitiesã€reasonable estimate of project duration andeffective control method of project changes were made to ensure the efficienttime management in IT development projects. Meanwhile, in order to make full use of every factor, we should also choose appropriate time managementtools and methods according to the practical situation of the projects.4. In order to solve the quality problems in company’s IT developmentprojects, overall quality planning and a whole process of quality controlshould be used to guarantee both the efficiency and the quality of the projects.In this paper, we explored and solved the problems and bottlenecksduring the management and implementation of IT development projects andsummarized a series of scientificã€integrated and effective management of ITdevelopment projects, thus effectively enhance the company’s projectmanagement capability. |
