The core competitiveness for the companies in knowledge economy era are the technologies. The technological innovation must be done well if the companies want to promote technological strength of themselves which can promote the core competitiveness for the companies. The management of technological innovation for company is the fundamental guarantee for technological innovation.Public company J is a high and new technology enterprise which was reformed from the institute and is a Pioneering enterprise in technology. It mainly manufactures highgrade, precision, advanced, specific and special productions which are generally applied to aviation, aerospace, machine tool, metallurgy, wind power generation, rail transportation industries and so on. Its leading position opposite other bearing companies is diminishing gradually while the quality and performance of products are also lowing a result of the outflow of talent, investment too fast, investment direction deviation, low research and development costs and so on which have been affecting its healthy development, so it is one most of core works now and in future that the management of technological innovation is further well done and then technological innovation is strengthened.In this paper the management of technological innovation of Public company J is mainly studied,then countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. Firstly based on combing related articles, the investigations and studies have been done for technological innovation and its management of company J, the current situation of technical development of Public company J has been concluded roundly, and the current situation of management of technical innovation and problems in it are analyzed. Secondly the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in management of technical innovation of it are analyzed by the SWOT method. At last the countermeasures and plan which can improve management system of technical innovation for company J are proposed, meanwhile the safeguards measures which insure the management system of technical innovation is in good operation are given.This article believes that management of technical innovation for public company J can be improved by following five key points: improving capacity of research,development and manufacture; perfecting sales network; reinforcing the constructionof talents team and putting enough money in it; cultivating good enterprise culture and perfecting incentive mechanism for technical innovation; reinforce the protection for intellectual property and making good on industry-university-research-application cooperation. This paper also points out that all management of it have to aim at making the management system of technical innovation working well which can promote the level of management of technical innovation, core technical strength,quality of products and competitiveness. Then it will provide powerful insurance for strategic development of company J.
