Compensation is an important component of human resources management, which is playing an extremely important role in stimulating staff. Therefore compensation design will affect the long-term development of enterprises, especially in today's competition where it will relate to the company's survival.Chengdu Company of HD Group specializes in the research of new medicine, medical chemical products, medical intermediate, biochemical reagent and etc. There are advanced technology, world-class research and development talent in the company, but lack of scientific human resource management. Company staffs generally believed that the lack of appropriate incentive mechanisms. The staffs dissatisfy their income and feel so unfair that they are no enthusiasm. In order to prevent a lack of incentive for declining the company economic and reducing its effectiveness, I have participated in the human resources management consulting project to this company, and has finished the design of the compensation system.This thesis states as following aspects:Part Ⅰ , introduction of the company background and the theoretical background.Part Ⅱ, statement of the history of compensation and contemporary compensation theory.Part Ⅲ, introduction of Chengdu Company of HD Group and its characteristics, and analysis of the situation of human resource management , especially, compensation management.Part Ⅳ, the design of the Compensation System Of Chengdu Company of HD...
