Now, there are some serious problems in the compensation system of J Netcom Company, which lead to the unreasonable distribution of wages and have some bad influence in market competitiveness, and under this system, the employees have no working enthusiasm and don't carry out the leaders' order. So this paper analyzes the compensation system and finds out the key point. And then according to the principle of salary, this paper redesigns a new system and chooses the basic salary mode and the reasonable salary which is based on the practice of company. The aim of this reform is to improve the whole invigorative level of human resources and the staff potential ability.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is a brief introduction to the old salary system. The third part mainly analyses the problems within the system. The forth part shows the whole process of salary redesign. The fifth part focuses on the implementation and revaluing of the salary system.The author sincerely hopes that this paper could serve as a useful reference to the compensation system design and management in telecom companies.
