Financial Foam Theory

The financial foam is a blades sword, which can not only produce the huge bane but also promote economy increase. The key of the problem lies in how to control its disadvantages and make use of its advantages. This deserves the attention of all economics scholars. As the development of the capital market, there are more and more foams in our country economy. Therefore it is important topic in front of us how to guard against and dissolve the financial foam risk. The research of this problem has the important theories and realistic meanings. This requires us to launch the system research for the financial foam so that we can make clear the reason and influence of it and put forward the suggestions to measure its disadvantageous influence. Thus we can keep the speed of our economic development.Currently, scholars are at odds on the problems of financial foam, such as its definition, its reasons and its influence upon the economy, etc. The reasons of this situation come down to two aspects: one is that it not long for the domestic and international economic educational circles to go deep into the research; another one is that the foam problem is very complex. Therefore, how to define the financial foam reasonably, how to reveal its causes, how to analyze and judge its various influence objectively, and how guard against and dissolve the foam risk etc, and these problems require our answers as soon as possible. This is the point of departure of this thesis.
