Chinese automotive industry went into explosive growth stage along with the rapid development of economy. Due to the rapid expansion of the enterprise scale, the pressure from the enterprise itself and the external environment is increasing. In order to improve business performance, enhance market competitiveness, reduce operating costs, and continuously meet customer’s increasing expectations, more and more leaders started to pay attention to "speed of lean " and " quality of Six Sigma ", namely Lean-Six Sigma. Lean-Six Sigma make to maximize shareholder value by increasing customer satisfaction, reduce the costs, improve the quality, speed up the process and improve the capital investment.This article is based on Lean Six Sigma theory. It pointed out that the Lean Six Sigma Management is feasibility and necessity in Chinese enterprise, through the analysis and discussion of application of Lean Six Sigma management in the foam production process of Faway Johnson company,. And it introduce the implementation process of Lean Six Sigma management in Faway Johnson company, the problems are summarized and the root causes are found. Through the analysis of actual cases, summarize the results and key success factors in implementing Lean Six Sigma management in Chinese enterprise. This article has some suggestions on how to implement the Lean Six Sigma Management. Providing valuable reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to promote Lean Six Sigma management.This paper mainly carries on the analysis from the following parts.The first chapter describes the research background, summarizes the significance of the research topic, and introduces the research methods and thesis framework.The second chapter describes the theoretical system of lean production, six sigma and Lean Six Sigma management and application method of some tools. These outstanding theoretical results will serve as the theoretical basis of this study, provide strong theoretical support for practical application of Lean Six Sigma on foam production process improvement in Faway Johnson Company.The third chapter briefly introduces the overall situation of Faway Johnson Company, summarize the development history and current situation of Lean Six Sigma in Faway Johnson Company.A project in the fourth chapter is improving the foam production in the manufacturing process as an example, elaborated the Lean Six Sigma management method is how to carry on the application in Faway Johnson Company’s factory.In the fifth chapter, summed up the key factors in the successful application of Lean Six Sigma management based on the experience accumulation of application in Faway Johnson Company.
