A Research On The Interconnection Of Telecom-Networks Among Various Operators Under In Chinese Competitive Market

The interconnection of telecom-networks among various operators is a matter of the utmost concern and also is a difficult problem for the current Chinese telecom industry. The means to block the interconnection of telecom-networks are much subtle, and mostly appear in the form of a technique problem. This increases the difficulty and complexity of government administration. I have been analyzing the causes which block the telecom-networks interconnection from several aspects, such as the main means, typical cases, the reality of administration, the law, the code of administration and so on. I will discuss the problem based on my analysis, especially from practicality.The article includes four chapters.Chapter 1 provides a general introduction: the definition of interconnection, the types, the principles, the models, and the meaning. And points out the main issues regarding the interconnection among various operators in China today.Chapter 2 classifies the main means that affecting/blocking the interconnection among various telecom-networks: damaging the communications facilities, refusing or delaying the support to interconnection requests, utilizing technical methods to reduce the quality of communication between networks.
