| China Mobile Ltd and China Unicom individual manage their business each other and rapidly develop their various telecom services .As the interconnection heavy-traffic continuously extend, the existing problems and diversified dispute of interconnection continually emerge. The problems of telecom network interconnection are the sustained hot issues that on self-interest of telecom users and enterprises show their concern most.This paper introduces the conception about telecom network inter- connection,analyzes the concrete conditions and reasons existing in telecom network interconnection and the necessities of construction interconnection monitoring system. For design and construction of Yunnan telecom network interconnection monitoring system , and application have been primarily researched by using the synthesis techniques of network & telecommunication. Yunnan Province interconnection of settlement and monitoring & auto-dial testing system mainly consists of the equipment of timeslot cover,signal selecting,CDR servers,application server,database server,time server,WWW server,aided test subsystem and network equipment. The system about logical structure divide into three levels of data statistics of analysis,data collecting supervisory control and the access layer,and functions of the system consist of signaling in data collecting,CDR call bill,statistics,report output,query and warning. In order to start interconnection call services of simulated from telecom operators in-network and monitor the relationship of barriers of interconnection calling, the system equip necessary dialing test device.The article also preliminary put forward improved scheme on telecom network interconnection system after discussing and analysis the present problem and improvement existed in the system,so that the monitoring system on telecom network will be make use of and applied in the future. |
