Empirical Study On The County Economy's Growth Derived From The Industrial Cluster

This paper based on the textile industry's development situation in the ShaoxingCounty, and then draws out the problem which the article studies: the industry cluster howto promote the county economy's growth. The paper tells us the cluster concept, the typeand index of measuring the industrial cluster's quota target after reviewing domestic andforeign literature about industry cluster. The paper constructs the model of costimprovement from the economic angle on the basis of analyzing the core condition andthe external condition. Based on the possibilities of improving the enterprise cost curveabout the industrial 1 cluster in the foundation of qualitative angle, it puts forward thefunction of the industrial cluster in promoting the county territory economy's growth.Through using the Slow--Swan model, it draws the conclusion that the innovation to bringgathers, the intangible capital has the impetus to the county territory economy. In order toprove the economical effect that the industrial cluster brought, this article selects seriousdata from 1990 to 2004 when the Shaoxing County economy growth and the clusterdevelops. By using the econometric model, it has confirmed that the industrial clusterplays a very important role in the growth of the county territory economy; it has drawn thereasonable conclusion. At the end of this article, it has a brief analysis about the spinningand weaving industrial cluster's existing problems and gives some related policy advice.
