It is necessary to research the operation strategy the supermarket corporation with the development of the linkage supermarket in Chinese. The author takes iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city as the research object to study its operation strategy.The first chapter of this thesis is the foreword. In this chapter the author summarizes the background of his study topic, meaning of his research, thought of the investigation and the developing history of iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city. The second chapter of this thesis includes the summary of operation strategy the supermarket corporation. The author also analyses the coming-up and the development trend of supermarket corporation in other countries. Also the specialty, developing and trend of supermarket corporation in our country. The author focuses on the location,competition,expand strategical theory in his exploration. The third chapter of this thesis is the research of the exterior surrounding of iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city. The study mainly comes from the following fields, such as economic strength, structure of population, collectivity mercantile surrounding, demand, competetion surrounding,etc. The fourth chapter of this thesis is the analyse of the interior condition of iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city. The interior condition refers to the organizing structure,management status, manpower, stocking power,delivering,technique, culture,etc. The author selects the operation strategy in the fifth chapter of this thesis.He analyzes the operation strategy of iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city.And he also study on the so,wo,st,wt through the tool of SWOT method.The author establishes the guidance pensee and location of market about iaiale chain supermarket of Tai An city. Under the stratagem target, the author exoatiates on the location of marker,competition,enlargement in the sixth chapter of this thesis. In the seventh chapter of this thesis,the author raises a series of control measures to ensure the coming true of the operation strategy.
