Quality is the essential qualification for the existence of the modern enterprises. The increasing effort to improve the quality of products to satisfy the user's demand and the continuous innovation to maintain the user's satisfaction are the two basic qualifications for the modern enterprises to maintain the leading position in the international competition. The promotion of the customer's satisfaction, together with the reduction of consumption and enhancement of efficiency, resulting from the improvement of the quality of products inevitably makes the quality the well-recognized cornerstone of the enterprises to gain the competitive advantages. Under the condition of the increasing demand for quality, the self-evaluation of quality and the reduction of test cost which will further satisfy the user's need can only be realized through controlled and capable process, which demands the enterprises to strengthen the continuous and effective supervision to each process in order to guarantee the reliability or take proper measures when finding faults.TKA-PD is a wholly-owned branch company sponsored by ThyssenKrupp in Dalian Economic Development Zone in April 2005, and began to produce in April 2006. As the main person in charge of the quality and technique in the whole production process, the author of this paper is intended to make research on how to make a continuous and effective supervision to the whole production process of the newly-built company, thus guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the whole production process of the company.
