| Financial Stability is an important factor related to the stability of polity, economy and society, as finance is the core of modern economy. Regional finance is one of the important part of national financial system, whose safe and sound operation is the foundation of the stability of national financial system. The operation of regional finance is related not only to regional financial stability but also to the continue and harmonious development of regional economy. How to build up a scientific and useful evaluating index system for regional financial stability is the most important and urgent problem to be solved, as well as the key point of preventing and resolving regional financial risks.The financial stability evaluating under Dalian jurisdiction has just been started, diagnostic is used as the way to conduct financial stability evaluating without a index system. Results conducted under such situation are normally not very certain, which goes against the scientific and standardization need of stability evaluating although easy to be done.By referencing to the international researching fruits on financial stability evaluating index, and integrating the actual operating status of economy and finance under Dalian jurisdiction, the author builds up the financial stability evaluating index system in Dalian, which distinguishes the indexes influencing financial stability in Dalian into two parts, stability index inside the financial institutions and the environmental index of the regional financial stability. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze the status of financial stability under Dalian jurisdiction in this paper.Application of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in Appraising Dalian Finance Stability is a test in quantitative evaluation for Dalian financial stability, which supplies a comparatively scientific method for financial stability estimating and also is helpful to building up the regional financial stability index in the future. |
