Study On Anhui Agriculture Investment Problem

Agriculture is the foundation industry of the country economy, providing the important foundation material guarantee for the development of other industries. But our agriculture is overdrawn for the sake of supporting the development of the industry always. These days our country is turning into'"Industry feeding back Agriculture" stage, and the agriculture problems are going to be the first ones which we are considering. In those links of the agriculture development, agriculture investment is important one. We have to increase agriculture investment in order to guarantee agriculture fast, stability and lasting development.Anhui is a big agriculture province in our country, occupying an important position in the whole agriculture. Anhui has been actively investigating in agriculture development, from producing family land contract to Fee change Tax, then to reducing or don't need the agriculture tax. Anhui is always presuming to break through old idea, trying new thing. So we can find our agriculture state by studying agriculture investigating in Anhui. The agriculture investment is a very important factor for agriculture development, especially for Anhui province which is a big agriculture province; Anhui must have good agriculture foundation for development. This thesis is trying doing some experiment study about agriculture investment in Anhui, which helps understanding true state of matter, discovering problems, drawing up measure. These works is in order to promote in order to promote agricultural further development in Anhui.The main contents of this thesis include five big parts. The first part introduces the research background in brief, including why the problem is putted forward and the research way. The second part is about some concepts of agriculture investment. The third part system analyzes the agriculture investment structure and the relating problem in Anhui, which discussing mainly from five aspects, such as total circumstance, goverment, peasant household, financing institution and foreign capital. It can help us have overall understanding about agriculture investment condition in Anhui. The forth part are some problems which affect Anhui agriculture investment and some reasons. The fifth is about some measure which has been put forward to perfect Anhui agriculture investment. This part main discuss from six aspects, such as the choice of the right direction, investment and lasting development, the manpower capital investment, the investment of science and technology, enlarging the foreign capital using, financial institution compensating mechanism etc.
