Study On Rural Manpower Capital Investment In Anhui

In knowledge economy era, manpower capital can increase the economy growth greatly. The formation of rural manpower capital is the key to the needs of transforming the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and to the necessary condition of realizing industrialization management and sustainable development of agriculture and to the inevitable demands of increasing agricultural economy growth and peasant's income in Anhui rural areas.By regards capital investment of rural manpower as the breakthrough point, apply the capital theory of manpower to the capital investment of rural manpower while researching and analyzing, analyze through theory analysis and real example ,the paper has studied rural manpower capital investment and dependence of the rural economic growth concretely, study the current situation, question and reason of capital investment of rural manpower of Anhui ,adopt qualitative analysis to combine with quantitative analysis, the helpful enlightenment of development hoping for and can get some pairs of rural economy of Anhui province through analyzing,This paper is divided into five major parts.In the First part, researching purpose and significance researching approach and the structure of this thesis are introduced.In the Second part,the paper defined the meaning of manpower capital, and the investment of manpower capital at first; the paper also defined the concept of rural manpower capital and the necessity of investment of rural human manpower capital.In the third part, firstly analyzed the current situation of manpower capital in Anhui rural areas: the low compulsory education of inhabitants, medical treatment and health care are poorer than in town, secondly study the reason of cunent situation of human capital in Anhui rural areas.In the forth part, this part is a focal point of a thesis and theory strong point,We lay particular emphasis on the connection between rural manpower capital and peasant's income, ahich.. We do regression analysis between average wage income of peasants, average agricultural income, average net income and manpower capital, the human capital investment. The result shows that there is positive correlation connection between them.In the fifth part, some conclusions and policy suggestions are proposed on our research.
