This thesis focuses on the practice about human resources in commercial bank, mainly concentrating on the employee's competency and post matching, so as to find out a new way of allocating the personel and improving their quality. During the research, the author has adopted the theories and methods of job analysis to scientifically differentiate the duty of types of job positions in commercial bank. Based on this, the author further discusses the post requirement about different position from three kinds of aspects: basic quality, profession quality, and post quality. meanwhile, to use the theories and methods of evaluation to analyse the questions during the marching test, such as, the tools choice, program design ,error reduce, and the result analysis and applications, etc. Hence, the thesis provides the commercial bank, with a new theory and method for the talents selecting, allocating and training to improve the management and development of human resources to have a more appropriate apportion, to better realise every staff's ability and capbility, every post's requirement and fulfillment, and at last to increase the self competence of commercial bank.
