Human resources are the most active, the most creative and the most valuable factors. As a core tache of human resources management, in a business, the degree of staff and post matching has important effects on its profits in a short or long time.Hence, staff and post matching is a management problem that a business and organization has to face and solve. So, the study is very important.Based on it, the staff and post matching need to solve that post stipulation fits individual condition, the job payment satisfies individual expectation. So employee's potential is to be developed, the performance is to be improved. The main objective of this paper is to estimate the degree of staff and post matching through competency analysis and the degree of satisfaction analysis. The significance of the study lies on:one hand, to theoretically analyze the staff and post matching; on the other hand, to construct a matching degree matrix, which provide the thought and guidance for enterprise practices.The main work of this dissertation is in three aspects as following:(1) Analysis and understanding of the concept about staff and post matching. The dissertation proposed the concept, effect and principle of staff and post matching, than analyzed the elements of staff and post matching, base on which, at last, analyzed the meaning of staff and post matching.(2) Analysis of the matching degree of staff and post. This paper established a competency model. According to the analysis, established the index system to measure the competency of the staff, computed the competency by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, established an index system to measure the satisfaction degree based on the significance and principle of establishing an index system, computed the satisfaction degree by using the triangle fuzzy number. Finally, this paper established a matching matrix model base on the results of the competency analysis and the satisfaction degree analysis. Aim at the different areas of the matrix, analyzed and proposed improvement strategies.(3) Example analysis. An application example was given to construct the competency model and index system for measuring the satisfaction degree. Eventually, established and analyzed a matching matrix as well as to show the feasibility of the proposed model.By the end of the paper, the main findings and conclusions, major contribution and limitations and required work for further research are summarized.
