The social relations take "the contract system" as the foundation in the market economic system. Although they have the difference in the formalization and concretion, the core characteristic of the contract is that they contain the content of exchange. In the correlation of the staff and the organization, except the stated content in the official hire agreement, there are connotative, informal and not openly explanatory mutual expectations, this is a kind of psychological contract, hire agreement or labor contract, as the tenable condition of work relations, causes both sides to be full, but to the staff, they get the influence between the personal experience and the characteristic, the reciprocity of the staff and the organization and the bigger social background. These factors interweave in the same place, constitute an indispensable part of hire relations which is psychological contract. Therefore, as employer's enterprise, on the one hand must determine both the staff and the enterprise's authority, the duty and the benefit relations based on the market laws and regulations; On the other hand must pay attention to the staff to the organization's psychological expect, and with the organization to staff's psychology expect achieves one kind "the tacit understanding", establishes trusts and pledges the relations between the enterprise and the staff, raises staffs loyalty and devotion, realize personally double wins with the organization and the communal development. If an organization only emphasizes on the official labor contract fulfilling, neglects staff's psychological contract, the staff often displays for a lower satisfactory feeling, because their expectation has not certainly obtained satisfies, they possibly reduce themselves to the work contribution, reduce own work performances even to change the job. On the contrary, if staffs psychological expect can be emphasized and satisfied, they often produce the satisfaction feeling, are willing to keep in this organization, and work diligently.Nowadays, the world is having the profound change, the knowledge more and more becomes the most important resource, speeds up along with the world scope in industrial structure adjustment step, one kind new economic form based on the knowledge start to present. Accompanies with this, the enterprises' organizational structures also are having the obvious changes. As one kind of the brand-new enterprise shape, the knowledge enterprises have aroused all parties' interests. The knowledge enterprise's staffs are one kind of new workers' community, which are called the knowledge staffs, are different from the former capital economical time's workers, their own are grasping the partial production tool that is the knowledge, but do not have anything in the world like the traditional workers, who only can sell out their own work. As the knowledge carrier, knowledge staffs receive recognition in the knowledge enterprise day by day, because the knowledge enterprise's competition, the creation, the use and the increment of the knowledge, other kinds of elements of production...
