In the rapid development of knowledge economy age, knowledge staff in the enterprise development shows a strong and lasting competitiveness. The fact that the enterprise to realize strategic target, you must have innovative thinking, and the main impetus for enterprise sustainable innovation comes from knowledge workers. However, with the development and progress of The Times, the knowledge staff's organizational behavior has been changed and a new problem. Knowledge workers began to pay attention to their own professional growth, their perception of their own professional growth, largely determines their work attitude, work efficiency and work quality. While the organization wants to knowledge staff can play its biggest value for the organization of service, to achieve organizational goals.Before this paper build a theoretical model and research assumptions, reading a large number of relevant theoretical literatures and provide the basis for subsequent essay writing. To professional growth of this new perspective, the empirical analysis of career growth variables influence on job performance, and the intermediary role of psychological contract in the two relations. The last part of the article on the basis of the results of empirical analysis, five measures related Suggestions were put forward. The research results show that knowledge staff work performance will be affected by the professional growth directly or indirectly, so managers should pay more attention to the professional growth of the knowledge staff, to provide diversified growth mechanism as soon as possible.
