Financial Support For Middle-Low Income Class Housing

The middle--low income class is disadvantaged social groups,and the problem of their housing purchasing power is more difficult to solve. So we should pay more attention to it. One of the priorities of the housing finance research is how to provide efficiency housing financial support for residents,especially for the middle—low income class. At present,China has initially established a housing finance system,that consists of the policy-oriented housing finance at the core of housing provident fund system and commercial housing finance at the core of commercial banks mortgage loans. However,the chances of middle--low income class who have gotten housing provident fund loans and housing mortgage loans are very small. The research of financial support of middle--low income class housing is not only related to social justice,but also related to the sustainable development of China's economy,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper based on middle--low income class housing financial support,focused on the German housing contract saving system,studied the relation of German housing contract saving system and Chinese financial support for middle--low income class housing,and provided a new practical financial support ways for Chinese middle --low income class housing.This paper is structured as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the German housing finance system at first,and then,it presentes and analyzes the German housing contract saving system,which explains the operation process and its advantages.
