Research On The Selection Of Fiscal Policy In Adjustment Of Industrial Structure

Economic development is the unification of economic growth and structural optimization, between which have an interact with each other. With the coming of economic globalization and knowledge economic, structural facts have play an even greater role in developing our economy, which makes most countries around the world adjust their fiscal policy in order to optimize their industrial structure and try to gain the initiative in the new range of international adjustment of industrial structure. Although our government always pays great attention to the adjustment of our industrial structure, the state of our industrial structure is not good enough as our wishes because of the restriction of many historical, institutional and policy factors. Those problems create a very bad impression on our further economic development, so there has an great significance for our structural adjustment and economic growth to perfect our fiscal policy according to our current situation with the help of other countries'succeeding practice in adjusting industrial structure.This article, proceeding from this background and current situation, using the relevant theories of economy, mainly relies on normative study and analyses from several following aspects. Firstly, I define some relevant concept of industrial structure adjustment so as to make the object of this article clear, then analyze the mechanism of how these adjustments can improve economic growth and the influential facts of industrial structure's evolution. Secondly, on the analyses of government functions, we make a deep analysis of how fiscal policy impel the adjustment and what the effect is after adjustment and come into a conclusion that fiscal policy should turn to management of demand combined with supply policy. Thirdly, by using the experience of fiscal policy of other countries and integrating the same practice of our own, we point out the orientation of our further industrial adjustment.
