Application Research Of Business Ethical Decision-Making In Contemporary China

The research on the ethical demands of Contemporary China and the enterprise is of great practical significance. Only when an enterprise takes fully into account ethical demands in the decision-making, his behavior can comply with a certain code of ethics, and the development of social economy can be healthy and orderly. Therefore, the ethical decision-making has become a guarantee for the market mechanism. To bring about the reasonable and effective integration of ethics and decision-making in the ethical decision-making will depend on a tool named the evaluation of ethical decision-making. Because of these reasons, this paper is to try to establish an evaluation system of business ethics, and analyze it applied method.Application ethics is a historical category which namely receives the influence from the traditional culture and the historical morals standard, also has the intensive time characteristics. To build an evaluation model of ethical decision-making that is suitable for the characteristics of contemporary Chinese enterprises and has practical use, we must consider the historical background of contemporary China's economic restructuring, as well as analysis of the heritage and modern values of traditional moral.
