During the period of practised in BIRD Corporation, the author surveyed and found that the R&D team's work was inefficient. So the author's eyeshot was leaded to the whole Domestic High-tech Brand Corporation. High-tech Brand Corporation's organizational activities include Cooperation, Motivation, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, Training, Learning and Knowledge Management. By analyzing these targets, the author expresses some personal viewpoint, in order to enlighten Corporation's managers and improve domestic High-tech Corporation's organizational activities.The prolegomenon introduces writing reason, writing background, writing target and the thesis's structure. Domestic High-tech Brand Corporation is the research object. The author analyses the Cooperation R&D from Operation level, researches the Motivation mode in Manager side, probes the Organizational Study and Knowledge Management from employee's level, and analyses the Organizational Structure and Organizational Culture 's effect on R&D output in environment aspect.This thesis puts most emphases on probing into Cooperation R&D and Motivation mode's choice in Domestic High-tech Brand Corporation. The author uses Game Theory to analyze Motivation in both hierarchies of macroscopic and microscopy, and draw a conclusion: Cooperation R&D is more efficient than Individual R&D, and in the last part there is a case analysis about BIRD'S motivation model. On Motivation section, the author puts forward "Project attribute-Organizational culture-Hierarchy needs" theory, which is used as a Motivation criterion. Then author uses Game Theory to validate above theory. And then author uses Coase Theorem to study the relationship of Proprietorship and Motivation effect.The author studied how did the follow factors of Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management and Organizational Study to effect R&D output, and put forward author's thinking.
