Sustained Development is a widely accepted mode. There has been continues research and discuss on the sustained development of different disciplines. it is necessary to do some research on urban logistics.Applying both qualitative and quantitative analysis method, in this paper, the author conducts in-depth research for the Sustainable Development System of Urban Logistics (SDSUL)。 The content of the paper contain: systematic analysis of the SDSUL, the sustainable development mode of urban logistic, guarantee solution to realize SDSU, and theory and method of evaluating of the SDSUL.Through analysis to the conception, connotation and character of SDSUL, the paper has put forward the conception model and object function.This paper focuses on the relationship between urban logistics and urban socioeconomics, the relationship between urban logistics and environment and the energy shortage issue, the relationship between urban logistics and urban traffic. Based on the impact analysis, this paper present the sustainable planning method of urban logistic.This paper introduce the history of urban logistics in china, and has put the main problems of sustainable development of urban logistics confronts us. Through analysing the problem existing, and at last present the sustainable development mode of urban logistic.According to the content, object and character of evaluating SDSUL, the paper has set up an index system to evaluate the SDSUL; Applying with Fuzzy identifying principle and adopting AHP (the method of defining weight), the paper has put forward a multi-level comprehensive evaluation model of SDSUL according to the realization degree of SDSUL.Through studying the mechanism of SDSUL, this paper put forward its guarantee system, and discuss the primary content.
