Nevertheless, the obstacles of Jiangsu's industrialization not only from it self's limits, but also from the regional government which is the part of regional industrialization, for it would put some outer influences on its industrialization by establishing some vicinal policies which based on its regional political aim.Based on the analyzing of political aim of industrialization of northern Jiangsu, and by studying the Talent structure of current northern Jiangsu towns, this thesis writing will prove that it is a reasonable method of developing local special agricultural products processing industry to promote the industrialization of the towns. The way of industrialization which is mentioned just now not only embodies the objective requirements of industrialization of northern Jiangsu's towns but also in accordance with the principles of choosing major industry of regional industrialization. In addition, it is good for improving the de-concentration and the parallel industrial structure of current northern Jiangsu, and it is also good for the enterprises in northern Jiangsu to achieve a better union and form high competitive power of local industry. Besides that, the essay is trying to figure out the active effects and existing problems which in the course of Feng prefecture's industrialization through the survey of vegetable industry of it.
