Employee Motivation Research Based On Dual Foundation Of Performance Estimation And Preference Characteristic

The research is employee motivation based on the behavior characteristic factor and the performance estimation result. The choice research object is salesman. The key point lies in discovering the key factor of the influence salesman behavior,and designs the performance estimation system according to these key factors. Then research related motivation strategy,improves the corresponding management motivation effect by this.First through analyzing the essential variable of the influence individual behavior,namely value, attitude, consciousness, attribution as well as motive, understands to the individual cognition process. In this foundation, discovers four kind of key factor of the influence salesman behavior,namely development factor, achievement factor, survival factor as well as environment factor. Then designs the performance estimation motivation system according to four kind of key factor and four lay of the balanced scorecard——finance, customer, internal flow as well as study and growth. In this system it is most important that motivation strategy based on dual foundation,that is the behavior characteristic factor and the performance estimation result. The motivation strategy divides into four kinds, namely development motivation, achievement motivation, survival motivation as well as environment motivation.In conclusion,this behavior motivation system ingeniously unifies the employee to care about"meets individual need"to care about"the work achievements"with the enterprise,stimulates employee's work fervor,to arouse employee's work enthusiasm and the creativity,accordingly enhances and develops the team or the organization performance.
