Construction Of Performance Index Of W Bank Based On Balanced Scorecard

Through the analysis of the background of the banking industry,this paper chooses the commercial banks in the development stage to analyze the status quo of the performance appraisal and the existing problems.Research and analysis of the traditional financial indicators to assess the performance indicators of commercial banks,there are many shortcomings,and the Balanced Scorecard and performance appraisal related to the theory of indepth study.Based on the understanding of domestic and foreign literature,this paper expounds the main viewpoints of experts and scholars at home and abroad,analyzes the application status of the Balanced Scorecard and the problems in the implementation process,and draws on the dvanced theoretical method and realistic performance Assessment indicators.Aiming at the development status and current problems of commercial banks in our country,this paper puts forward the multi dimensional performance indicators of commercial banks from four dimensions: financial index price,customer index,internal business process index and learning and growth index.This article takes W commercial bank as an example,briefly introduces the establishment and background of the bank,analyzes the current situation of W commercial bank performance and its existing problems,and explores the causes of these problems,such as the pursuit of shortterm performance.This paper puts forward the relevant solutions and improvement measures for the current situation and existing problems of the Balanced Scorecard,and clarifies the construction ideas of the Bank Balanced Scorecard and makes a preliminary forecast of the expected results,Related conclusions.By comparing and analyzing the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,it is found That the Balanced Scorecard dimension index is helpful to stimulate the bank's vitality and enhance the core competitiveness of the bank.Through the preliminary construction of W commercial banks' performance evaluation index,it is of practical significance to realize the performance management of China's commercial banks by means of balanced scorecard performance management.This paper aims to establish a set of performance evaluation system which is suitable for the development strategy of China's commercial banks through the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,which is conducive to enriching and improving the bank's performance evaluation methods.It has become the strategic management of the same kind of commercial banks in China.The Theoretical Basis of Performance Evaluation.
