| Strategy implementation is an important part of strategic management, relating to the success or failure of strategic management directly. Kaplan and Norton point out that establishing a Strategy-focused Organization can ensure a successful strategic implement and guide enterprise practice. In a new business environment,a lot of business can no longer be completed by a single enterprise but by the cooperation of several enterprises. How to achieve their common strategic target, however, is a widespread problem. Base on Kaplan and Norton's Strategy-focus theory, a Strategy-focused Organization which is across the enterprise boundaries can resolve the problem mentioned above.Early in the 1990's, many enterprises had already chased to create customer value to obtain their competitive advantages. User's total solution can maximize customer value and bring enterprises big profit. It's usually hard for a single enterprise to provide the total solution because of the lack of core competency, the single enterprise needs to cooperate with others to achieve the target.A Strategy-focused Organization based on user's total solution is established in this dissertation to carry out this strategic target, making all member enterprises benefit.Firstly, Kaplan and Norton's Strategy-focused Organization is reviewed. Then the concept of Strategy-focus is used across the boundaries of enterprises to establish a Strategy-focused Organization, and its feasibility is analysed. Secondly, user's total solution is educed and its difficulties of implementation is concluded. To solve these problems, a Strategy-focused Organization needs to be established. Thirdly, according to the particularity of the organization for providing user's total solution, a Strategy-focused Organization based on user's total solution is established. At last, a summary of this dissertation is provided, including the main conclusions and the problems that will be further solved or improved. |
