Evolutionary Economics Perspective, The Strategy Focused Organization,

Researches these days show that some firms behaved pretty well in finance in the short run. However, years after they fell or even disappeared. On the contrary, some firms act quite great in the long run. The different futures of these two kinds of firm are derived from their different positive evolutionary ability. By reviewing the frameset of Evolutionary Economics Theory, this paper brought out a theory model of Improved Strategy Focused Organization, setting a perfect bench mark of positive evolutionary ability for firms. Using this theory model, a firm can not always ensure being a perfect Improved Strategy Focused Organization, but it can ensure being as close to a great Improved Strategy Focused Organization as possible.At the end, a group of case analysis was made. By anglicizing the problems of a firm and giving advices on how to solve these problems and grow to a great Improved Strategy Focused Organization, I hope to give some validation of the using of the conclusion of this paper.
