To build a crossing-river bridge is an important construction project. In recent years, construction fund has gradually been marketlized. The enterprise which is in charge of raising construction fund will be repaid from the franchise rights after the establishment of the concerned project. This thesis laid emphasis on introducing , the financing scheme of the Third Nanjing Changjiang River Bridge and proposed a BOT mode which has a Chinese characteristic, i.e. state-owned company feature.
