Innovation ability is the important safeguard for the country and the enterprise to gain the superiority and leader status in the competition. The product innovation is one of main forms of the innovation, design capacity is the product innovation foundation, and therefore the foundation of enhancement enterprise product innovation ability is to improve the enterprise product development ability. The product concept design stage is the new product development front end stage, this stage is dynamic and non-constitutive, this causes to its research to be extremely difficult, moreover very difficult to have the discovery; Next, it does not look like the product technology research and development active, generally speaking the early concept development has the standardized degree very low characteristic, because many companies only carry on the product concept development in the non-written rule foundation. Therefore the new product concept development is extremely important, actually not by extensive research.
